We call this practice, but really, don't be discouraged if you feel like you can't throw a disc/frisbee. Practices are for everyone and the first couple weeks are extremely laid back. AND... the first couple weekend tournaments are laid back as well (laid back tournaments = more intense parties on Saturday nights). This weekend is the first tournament, and it is at Grinnell College in Iowa. It was the tournament that got me hooked on this great sport.
